Dear Erasmus friends,

This is our last official newsletter as our project comes to an end. But, fortunately, our
partnership doesn’t!
During our trip to Brussels, we discovered France and Norway have a great common heritage other than the vikings… the impacts of World War II. That’s why, we decided to follow up on our project and started a new activity: writing various articles based on different topics about WWII. A first group worked on the stolperstein, an artistic project dedicated to honor the victims of the Holocaust by putting small bricks with their name on it. They are dispersed through the whole European territory, so in France as well as Norway! A second group is working on the “Atlantik wall”, another on D-Day… Aren’t you curious to find more and read our articles? They’re coming soon!
Then, to officially close the Erasmus project, on the 19th of December, we are going to our local cinema to watch the documentary made by students about this “Common Heritage” adventure. It is entitled CH Documentary. Families, school staff and even the mayor and the press is invited! We wish our Norwegians friends would be here with us too!
But, we know you will watch it there, and maybe even improve it!
This will mark the last day of our Erasmus funding, but we are so happy to say it will not be the last day of our partnership!
We hope you had fun following our activities and discoveries. Good bye and hope you will continue interacting with fellow Europeans to keep enjoying the diversity and unity of our cultures!

Yours,
Students from Charles Tellier high school.

ceremony!
